About Me

Hi! I’m Ramona, a retired High School Principal from NL, now living close to Moncton NB! My favourite pastime is spending time with my family, including my daughter’s two beautiful little girls, who LOVE getting their nails done! My other great passion is gardening, and this year I have tried growing tomatoes, peppers and peas! When the summer comes, I am in my happy place! I am also an avid dog lover and have a Cockapoo named Levi and a Pembroke Welsh Corgi names Rory! In the last few years, I have aimed to make better choices to live a healthier life and to reduce the toxins that are entering my body in order to improve my gut health.
